The Royal Palm Grove, on the edge of the shimmering Biscayne Bay, the beautifully manicured lawn and the grand Stone House each offer their own unique allure and can be the perfect setting for your most important events, whether business or pleasure.

Enjoy an idyllic waterfront setting with breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, or magical lighting under the stars – perfect for outdoor cocktail parties and celebrations.
Host your event on Deering’s picturesque and historic grounds from 5pm-11:30pm with access to the Stone House Museum for 2 hours between 5pm and 11pm.

Throughout December, the elegant and historic houses come alive with holiday accents and decorations! The “Historic Holidays” is an annual tradition at the Deering Estate and features some of South Florida’s top interior designers and community organizations giving your holiday party a true old fashion holiday experience.
Daytime Event Venue Rentals in Miami
The Deering Estate is much more than the perfect venue for your daytime event–it’s a destination for once-in-a-lifetime experiences. With our expansive lawn that overlooks the bay and beautiful indoor spaces inside our historic houses, your special occasion, group activity or event will be truly spectacular.
Out of the office becomes out of this world when you bring your team together at Miami’s historic Deering Estate. Whether it’s an intimate meeting, a large conference or something in between, each of our indoor venues assures you and your group an extraordinary experience. From the glamorous elegance of the Stone House Ballroom, the light, bright, nature-inspired Visitor Center Exhibit Room, or our Visitor Center Theater, business is anything but usual at the Deering.
Small to medium sized baby showers, bridal showers and social celebration are ideal in the Exhibit Room.
Stone House Ballroom
An elegant option for daytime meetings and conferences, the Stone House Ballroom features black and white checkered floor, a coffered concrete ceiling and crystal chandeliers.
Daytime rental fee: $1,400 (additional fees may apply).
Visitor Center Exhibit Room
The exhibit room accommodates seating for up to 60 guests for a private luncheon or dinner. The nature inspired room boasts high wood ceilings, a wood floor, large windows spanning across three sides of the room which provides lots of natural light and stain glass windows featuring Florida’s native flora and fauna.
Rental fee: $600 (additional fees may apply).
Visitor Center Theater
The Theater accommodates seating for up to 90 guest’s theater-style. This is a great option for meetings and presentations.
Rental fee: $700 (additional fees may apply).
