Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Two years in sales, special events, or advanced clerical experience are required. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule. Must possess Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills.

Recruitment Notes
This position assists largely with Deering Estate’s Daily and Historic Tours, Contemporary and Historic Cultural Programs, Blackbox Theater Programming and Technology, Artist-in-Residence Program, and year-round exhibitions. In addition, this position assists the DE Exhibition Coordinator with administrative tasks, marketing cultural events, and providing support to Deering Estate’s philanthropic partners. This position requires public speaking, proficiency with theater equipment and collaboration skills.
