Celebrate the best Spring Break has to offer at the Deering Estate’s Spring Camp! Every camp has a different theme and explores a different aspect of nature, allowing campers to have fun while also learning about different fields of science. Campers will be getting hooked on the world of marine biology, and reeling in the fun while exploring our Mangrove Forests, Salt Marshes, and Seagrass Beds. Through dissections, experiments, crafts, and hikes, campers will be diving into a week of aquatic exploration to emerge as coastal defenders. Please bring lunch and snacks, refillable water bottle, closed-toe shoes, change of clothes, sunblock and bug spray, and hat and sunglasses.

2027 Spring Camp
Session dates: March 22-26, 2027

Time: 8AM- 4PM (pickup by 5pm). Daily drop off & pickup are located at the Visitor Center.

Cost: $45 per day. Space is limited!
A one-time registration fee of $15 will be collected each school year and beginning of summer.

Due to popular demand, spring camp is now offered at a daily rate of $45. When registering, select each day of the week you wish to participate in, for a combined total of $225 for all five-days.

Campers will be diving into the world of marine biology, making great memories while exploring the many aquatic habitats of the Deering Estate. Campers will learn about the importance of our marine life, as well as protecting the habitats they live in.

Refund Policy:

Refunds must be requested no less than five (5) business days before the camp week the camper is registered for. Request must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]. If for some reason a child needs to withdraw from or cannot attend a session they have been registered for within five (5) days, a credit will be issued, which may be applied towards any Deering Estate camp program without expiration.
