Mother’s Day Concert

This Mother’s Day celebration will honor the beautiful connection between mothers and nature, as both have the power to nurture, heal, and inspire. Featuring Deering Estate Artist-in-residence Susana Behar (voice), Michel Gonzalez (guitar and cuatro), José Luis de la Paz (Flamenco guitar), Magela Herrera (flute) and Michael Font (percussions). This concert promises to be a moving and inspiring tribute to the feminine energy that sustains us all. So come and join us for an unforgettable celebration of Mother’s Day and the splendor of Mother Nature. This event will take place indoors on Saturday, May 13 at 8 pm at the Deering Estate Visitor Center theater.

COST: $20-$50. Tickets online via Eventbrite.com by donation amount of ticketholder choice. Event is for ages 4+. Spaces are limited!

Parking & Directions:  Free parking is available in the Visitor Center parking lot located on SW 168 Street just west of 72nd Avenue. The event will be held indoors in the Visitor Center Theater.
