Clear Kayak Adventure
Depart from Deering Estate’s boat basin on a guided clear kayak tour of Biscayne Bay. Our transparent vessels give you an up close and uninhibited view of the marine life below as you paddle over sea-grass beds and head into a mangrove forest. Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable paddling clothing that can get wet, bug spray, snacks, and water. Bugs & mosquitos are very common, please come prepared. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
Cost: $50 per person (members and non-members). Spaces are limited! Ticket price includes general admission to the Estate during regular Estate hours (10AM to 4PM) the same day of your program. Recommended for intermediate paddlers.
For ages 18+ OR 9+ with accompanying adult. For families with children ages 9-17, each child may be registered with a parent or guardian ages 18+. Registration for children ages 9-17 can be done over the phone ONLY, 10AM-4PM daily. Please call 305-235-1668 ext 233. Registration for 18+ is online only here.
Upon arriving for your event please meet our staff at the Visitor Center.
