Deering Estate Exhibition Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Museum Studies, Historic Preservation or related field. Two years of experience in handling, preparation, and installation of fine art, furnishings, and documents for exhibition are required.

This position assists the Deering Estate HP and Curatorial Manager in planning and managing cultural programs, including exhibit planning and installation, the Artist in Residence program, workshops, and lectures. Location: Deering Estate

Deering Estate Business Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Two years experience in administration, group tour coordination, education program manager, customer service or marketing. Must possess a Driver License. Additional experience in administration, group tour coordination, education program manager, customer service or marketing may substitute for the required college education in a year for year basis. Must possess a Driver License.

Recruitment Notes:
Manages Administration and Business Operations; monitors expenditures for three Revenue producing enterprise units. Oversee Business Plan and Budget preparation, Financial monitoring, A/R Billings, Accounts Payable, Procurement activities, Scorecard, and other general administrative tasks. Location: Deering Estate
