Deering Estate, a Miami-Dade County Heritage Park, is offering $8 general admission on Saturday, July 4 and Sunday, July 5. Bring a picnic and enjoy a relaxing day outdoors among the Royal Palm trees overlooking the quiet waters of Biscayne Bay. Guests can also enjoy a Guided Museum Tour at 11:30 a.m.
General Admission Cost: $8 per person (ages four and up). Reduced general admission tickets are available to purchase online beginning on Tuesday, July 1st. Admission is free for Deering Estate Foundation members and children ages three and under (membership cards must be presented at gate).

As part of Blue Star Museums, active duty military personnel, and up to five family members, receive free admission to Deering Estate this summer, now through Labor Day.

FREE for the following:
– Deering Estate Foundation Members; present membership card & I.D. at the Main Gate Ticket Booth.
– Active duty, National Guard and Reserve military personnel (and up to five family members) as part of the Blue Stars Program. Show Geneva Convention common access card (CAC), DD Form 1173 ID card (dependent ID), or a DD Form 1173-1 ID card; present for entrance at the at the Main Gate Ticket Booth.
– Children age 3 and under.

Operating Hours: 10 AM to 5 PM (no admission after 4 PM).
The South Hammock Trail and Main Grounds are open seven days a week from 10 AM to 5 PM for self-guided touring.
Although we do our best to keep our museums open during our General Admission hours, the Historic Museum Homes or portions of the museums may be closed at certain times & during events without notice.
