Explore the Historic Richmond Cottage decked in holiday décor based on the Golden Age of Travel featuring countries Charles Deering traveled, modes of transportation during this time, and more.
Create unforgettable memories with festive photo opportunities throughout the estate – perfect for holiday cards or capturing the magic of the holidays. Enjoy the warmth of a crackling campfire, where you can gather with family and friends under the stars. Kids can get creative with hands-on holiday crafts and send their wishes to the North Pole at our Letters to Santa station.
New This Year! Enjoy a special live performance by Vocal Youth Miami, filling the evening with heartwarming holiday music. Their vibrant harmonies and youthful energy will add an extra touch of magic to your stroll through the estate.
As the night winds down, cozy up for a classic holiday film screening that the whole family will love.

- Gnorman the Deering Gnome and the Lost Winter Star (outdoors)
Every winter, Gnorman the Deering Gnome brings the enchanted Winter Star to the Deering Estate, filling the pine rocklands and historic homes with holiday cheer. But this year, his mischievous friends accidentally broke the star into ten pieces and hid themselves across the Estate! Help Gnorman find each gnome and collect their names. Only by writing down all ten can the Winter Star be restored. Each gnome holds a clue—let the hunt begin!
TICKETS:
General Admission: $20 (ages 4 and up). Save $5 on tickets for children ages 4–14 when purchased in advance. Discount ends at 11:59 PM the day before the event.
Deering Estate Foundation Members: $10 (ages 4 and up). Get your member tickets early! A limited number of member tickets available on a first come, first serve basis. Once member tickets are sold out, members can purchase general admission tickets at regular price. Member ticket sales ends at 11:59 PM the day before the event or once sold out.
Children 3 and under: Free

Vocal Youth Miami empowers young people through vocal music experiences that build connection, self-expression, and community. Each year, hundreds of K–12 students grow through choirs, early childhood music, and an emerging artist songwriting program that nurture artistry, leadership, and a sense of belonging, equipping them to share their unique gifts and help shape the future of Miami.
