Mistletoe & Martinis
The Deering Estate Foundation will host its 9th-annual Mistletoe & Martinis, “Starfish Wishes and Mistletoe Kisses,” a signature holiday event on Friday, December 11, 2026 from 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Deering Estate.
Celebrate the season with a coastal twist! Join us for a memorable evening where seaside elegance meets heartfelt generosity. This special evening includes handcrafted martinis, coastal-inspired cocktails, delicious bites, live music, and dancing – all on the beautiful Deering Estate. Escape the ordinary and toast the holidays with friends, laughter, and a splash of seaside spirit – all while making a difference. Seas and Greetings Abound!
Every ticket purchased, every table reserved, every online auction bid, and every donation helps support the Deering Estate Foundation’s mission to support education, research, exhibits and collections, natural conservation and historical restoration and preservation. All funds converge on a single goal – to ensure in perpetuity the Deering Estate’s viability as a center for preservation, education, and recreation.

This year’s Historic Holiday Decor, “Tides & Tidings” sweeps into Deering Estate with the sparkle of the sea and the spirit of a coastal Holiday celebration. Inspired by Charles Deering’s love for seafaring, adventure, and the natural beauty of Biscayne Bay, the Estate will be transformed into a festive wonderland filled with nautical elegance and ocean-inspired décor. Warm, whimsical, and inspired by the coast, we invite guests to celebrate the holidays where history, conservation, and the magic of the ocean meet.
Deering Estate is located at 16701 SW 72nd Avenue, in Palmetto Bay. While Mistletoe & Martinis is open to families of all ages, it is encouraged for guests 21+.
