Kayak through Biscayne Bay to explore the history of the surrounding area, guided by a Deering Estate Naturalist.

Cost: $50 per person. Spaces are limited! Ticket price includes general admission to the Estate during regular Estate hours (10AM to 4PM) the same day of your program. Recommended for intermediate paddlers.

For ages 18+ OR 9+ with accompanying adult. For families with children ages 9-17, each child may be registered with a parent or guardian ages 18+. Registration for children ages 9-17 can be done over the phone ONLY, 10AM-4PM daily. Please call 305-235-1668 ext. 233. Registration for 18+ is online only here.

All kayaks are two seat / tandem kayaks. We recommend purchasing tickets in sets of two; single-registered kayakers will be paired with another single-registered kayaker.

Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable paddling clothing that can get wet, bug spray, snacks, and water. Bugs & mosquitos are very common, please come prepared. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Upon arriving for your event please meet our staff at the Visitor Center.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Event/Program start time. This program starts on-time as scheduled. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, will not be permitted to enter or participate, and will NOT be refunded, transferred, or credited.
