DESCRIPTION:The Genealogical Society of Greater Miami is collaborating with the Deering Estate as we celebrate America250 and highlight members of the Deering family who have played a role in the founding of our country. The exhibition “Family History is America’s Story: Tracing the Deering Family through Time” tells the country’s story, from before the Revolutionary War through today.\nInstalled in The Dining Room, a historic space in the Richmond Cottage at the Deering Estate, the exhibition will be on view from July 1 – October 31, 2026.\nImage: Jack Penny\nCOST: Included with General Admission, $18 for adults (ages 15+) and $10 for children (ages 4-14).  Admission is free for Deering Estate Foundation Members and children under 4 years old. Non-Members can choose their date of visit  / purchase General Admission tickets online here (choose your visit date).
