Kids' Camp in Miami

The Deering Estate at Cutler provides science and recreation based camp programs in Miami during the spring, summer and winter. Scheduled during school breaks, kids' camp is for children in elementary and middle school.

The program uses primarily science based curriculum and hands-on activities. Children can also explore and enjoy a balance of fine and performing arts, enrichment activities and recreational activities through a Creative Art Camp that uses theme-based, and art-based learning activities. Activities incorporate our natural area, historic settings, artist studios and exhibit spaces.

The 2009 Winter Camp is scheduled from December 21-24 and December 28-31 from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional fee.

COST: $150 for a 4-day session; plus a one-time $12 annual registration fee.
